邢台市Rh阳性献血者表型库的建立及临床应用

Establishment and clinical application of RhD antigens positive donor phenotype registry in Xingtai area

目的建立Rh阳性献血者表型数据库,用于临床安全输血。方法根据入选条件选择邢台市无偿献血者1 400名,进行Rh血型C、c、D、E、e抗原检测,确定Rh阳性献血者表型,采用计算机管理录入献血者的详细资料,建立Rh阳性献血者表型档案。结果邢台市献血者ABO血型比例分别为A(0.2379)、B(0.3577)、O(0.3023)、AB(0.1021),Rh阳性献血者中CCDee表型最多见,占0.4021,其后依次为CcDEe、CcDee、ccDEE等。结论建立Rh阳性献血者表型数据库,对于保证合理、安全、及时、有效用血具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To establish a RhD Positive blood donor phenotype registry in Xingtai, in order to resolve clini- cal safe blood transfusion. Methods According to the conditions choose Xingtai area 1400 voluntary blood donor to run the test in the Rh C,c, D, E, e antigens,to identify the phenotype of the RhD positive blood donor; to manage in computer. Input detailed data of blood donor establishment phenotype registry of the RhD positive donor. Results A- mong ABO blood group, the frequency of B blood group was the highest, occupying 0.357 7, fullowed by O （0.3023）, A （0.2379）, AB（0.1021）.Among RhD positive blood donor, the phenotype frequency of DCCee was the highest, occupy- ing 0.4021, followed by CcDEe, CcDee, ccDEE et. Conclusion To establish the RhD positive blood donor phenotype registry,To ensure a reasonable, safe, timey, effective use of blood has important clinical significance.
