摘要 目的探讨人性化服务在妇产科护理中的应用。方法本次研究选择的对象共100例,均为我院2011年5月~2012年8月收治的妇产科患者,随机按观察组和对照组各50例划分,对照组行妇产科常规护理,观察组加强人性化护理服务,回顾相关资料。结果两组护理前汉密尔顿评分无明显差异(P>0.05)。护理后>14分比例降低,<6分和7~14分比例增加,且观察组7~14分和>14分患者比例低于对照组,<6分比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强妇产科护理中的人性化服务,可显著提高护理质量,缓解患者不良情绪,为生存质量的改善提供了强有力的保障,具有非常重要的推广意义。 Objective To explore the humanistic service in the department of obstetrics and gynecology nursing appli- cation. Methods This study selected a total of 100 cases obstetrics and gynecology patients in our hospital from May 2011 to August 2012, randomized to observation group and control group with 50 cases in eaeh group, patients in control group were treated with routine nursing in obstetrics and gynecology, observation group to strengthen humanistic nursing service, reviewed the relevant information. Results Two groups of nursing before Hamilton was no significant difference (P 〉 0.05). Nursing after 〉14 ratio decreased, 〈6 and 7-14 increased, and the observation group 7-14 and 〉14 scores in patients was lower than that of control group, the 〈6 ratio was higher than the control group, there were significant differences (P 〈 0.05). Observation group received nursing quality score higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Strengthening the humanized service of nurs- ing in Department of gynaecology and obstetrics, can significantly improve the quality of nursing, alleviate patients" emotion, has provided the powerful safeguard for the improvement of quality of life, has a very important significance.
