骨伤消肿化瘀方配合手术治疗胫骨远端骨折疗效分析

Effect of eliminating phlegm and diminishing swelling prescription and surgical treatment of distal tibia fracture

目的探讨骨伤消肿化瘀方联合手术治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法将我院收治的64例胫骨远端骨折患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用骨牵引闭合复位及手术切开复位固定治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用中药消肿化瘀方治疗。分析两组治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果观察组优良率、并发症发生情况、手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.12,t=6.18,t=2.49,P<0.05)。结论采用骨伤消肿化瘀方联合手术治疗胫骨远端骨折疗效优于单纯手术治疗,并发症发生情况也显著优于单纯手术治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of eliminating phlegm and diminishing swelling prescription and sur- gical treatment of distal tibia fracture. Methods A total of 64 cases of distal tibia fracture patients were randomly di- vided into control group and observation group. The control group treated with closed reduction and surgical incision reset fixed treatment, while the observation group added traditional Chinese medicine eliminating phlegm and dimin- ishing swelling prescription treatment. Treatment effect and complications were observed of the two groups. Results The excellent rate and complications of observation group was significantly better than that of control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Eliminating phlegm and diminishing swelling prescription and surgical treatment of distal tibia fracture curative effect is better than use surgery, complications and surgical treatment significantly superior to use, easy to use, worth to application at clinical.
