摘要
针对远程教育工科专业实践教学面临的困局,分析了其原因:远程教育实践教学的政策导向模糊、基层依托办学机构选择不严、办学商业化倾向、实践教学资源开发力度不够及试点高校职责缺失等是主要原因。为破解困局,提出了以下思路:政府提供明确有力的政策导向;严把学习中心设置和专业投放关口;设立远程教育区域实验中心;构建实践教学资源的共享和建设机制;试点高校切实落实办学主体责任等。
The paper analyzes the main causes of problems that engineering program practice teaching in distance education is facing as follows: the government's obscure policy orientation for practice teaching in distance education, indiscriminate selection of school-running organizations at the grass-root level, commercialized school-running trend, underdeveloped resources for practice teaching, and lack of responsibility on the part of trial college and university leaders. To solve these problems, we put forward the following suggestions: The government should provide clear and strong policy orientation, formulate strict regulations for learning centers and specialties setting, build regional experimental centers of distance education, and set the mechanism of practice teaching resource sharing and construction; the trial colleges and universities should shoulder their school-running responsibilities.
