摘要 针对现阶段医学专业学生运用和实践医学知识机会较少,无法真正理解与体会理论知识在临床中运用的实际,提出并在呼吸内科教学中进行CBL教学的尝试与探索。教学实践表明,CBL教学法在经过精心设计、组织后能使教学直观化,开拓了学生临床思维,加强了学生人际交往能力和语言表达能力,使医学生理论知识掌握更牢固,提高了临床实践能力,为临床教学改革提供了新的思路。 At present medical students are given few opportunities to utilize and practice what they have learned. As a result, they do not know how to apply theoretical knowledge to clinical practice. Therefore, this paper proposes introducing case-based learning ( CBL ) in respiratory medicine teaching. Practice shows that well-designed and well-organized CBL can make the instruction process visualized, broaden students' clinical thinking, strengthen their interpersonal communication ability and language competence, consolidate theoretical knowledge and enhance clinical skills, providing new ideas for clinical teaching reform.
