摘要
针对装备于列车车辆的电磁钢轨探伤装置的设计难点,特别是如何抑制由车辆运行波动导致的传感器提离波动,应用电涡流测距技术设计了提离补偿方法,探伤时电涡流测距线圈动态输出提离距离的变化,由提离距离计算探伤线圈输出值的动态补偿系数,动态修正探伤输出值.对电涡流测距补偿线圈进行了电磁场有限元仿真及提离补偿的实验室测试.对比测试结果表明所设计的提离补偿方法可使电磁探伤线圈的输出波形在有无提离波动的情况下基本保持一致.
One of the difficulties to develop electromagnetic rail inspection equipment for railway vehicle is how to decrease the sensor's lift-off effect caused by moving train's fluctuation. In this paper, a kind of lift-off compensation method is designed using technique of eddy current distance measurement. The eddy current coils reflect dynamically the lift-off distance during rail inspection. Then the lift-off effect could be compensated by calculated dynamic parameter. Further, the output characteristics of the distance measurement coils were simulated using electromagnetic finite element method. Laboratory experiments have been done to test the compensating effect. The experimental comparison results show that the proposed compensation method could ensure that the output waveform of electromagnetic inspection coils could almost maintain unchanged under the conditions of with and without lift-off effect.
