摘要
针对装备机械自动变速器(AMT)的重型越野车辆在陡坡上的起步自动控制问题,以装备了AMT和坡道起步辅助系统(HSA)的某重型越野车为试验车,根据试验车辆上HSA系统的工作特性,从越野车辆的坡道起步需求特殊性出发,以AMT和HSA协调控制为目标,提出车辆的坡道起步自动控制策略,设计了相应的控制软件,并进行了试验验证.
Focusing on the issue of automatic control of starting on the steep slope for heavy-duty off-road vehicle with automatic mechanical transmission (AMT), a test vehicle equipped with AMT and hill-start aid (HSA) system was employed. The characteristics of HSA system were researched and the special demands of steep hill-start were analyzed. Coordinate control between AMT and HSA was adjusted. Then, the auto control strategies were put forward and the software was developed. Vehicle tests have proved the feasibility of this work.
