带钢连续退火温度场数值模拟及其再结晶规律研究

摘要 利用有限元软件建立几何模型和有限元模型,对42CrMo带钢高温连续退火温度场进行数值模拟,通过稳态条件下带钢温度及再结晶软化率随时间变化规律的计算,研究非稳态条件下再结晶软化率随时间变化的关系。 Finite element software was employed in the establishment of the geometric model and the finite element model to simulate the high temperature continuous annealing temperature field of 42CrMo strip. By calculating the changes in strip temperature and recrystallization softening rate with time in steady state, the change of recrystallization softening rate of 42CrMo strip with time in nonsteady state was researched.
