脐带囊肿的产前超声诊断研究

A preliminary study for prenatal ultrasonographic diagnosis of umbilical cord cysts

目的探讨超声在诊断脐带囊肿及鉴别诊断中的价值和临床意义。方法回顾性分析32例经产前超声诊断并在产后证实的脐带囊肿患者,分析其声像图表现特点。结果 32例脐带囊肿中单发22例,多发10例。其中29例脐带囊肿表现为壁薄、光滑的圆形、椭圆形无回声,透声好;3例脐带囊肿表现为内部有密集的光点回声。本组27例(84%)胎儿足月分娩,出生后未见异常;5例(16%)胎儿因死亡或合并其他部位畸形引产。结论超声检查能较好地显示脐带囊肿,并能进行动态监测,是产前诊断脐带囊肿的首选方法。

Objective To assess the clinical significance of umbilical cord cysts observed prenatally by ultrasound,and to explore the sonographic morphological characteristics and discriminations with other masses.Methods Thirty-two cases who underwent prenatal sonographic examination and postpartum pathological verification were analyzed retro spectivly of the characteristics of sonographic images.Results In totle 32 cases,22 cases were single cysts and 10 cases were multiple cysts.Twenty-nine cases were characterized as anechoi chamber,a thin and smooth wall,regular margins.The other 3 cases displayed fine spots echo in the cysts.27 fetuses were full-term normal deliveried without structural abnormalities and 5 fetuses were induced labor because of death or other malformation.Conclusion Ultrasonographic detection is a better method to show umbilical cord cysts,and can study dynamically in the whole pregnancy.It is the first choice to diagnose umbilical cord cysts.
