摘要
为实现轨道设备及地下金属管网针对性防腐提供技术保障。在研究地铁钢轨回流系统的基础上建立了回流系统电路模型,由该电路模型推导出钢轨电位与距离、杂散电流与距离的函数关系,继而描绘出钢轨电位及杂散电流的分布情况,并给出具体的分布特点。在不同的钢轨电阻等电气参数情况下,通过对钢轨电位和杂散电流的仿真计算得知,影响钢轨电位的主要因素是钢轨电阻和牵引电流,影响杂散电流的主要因素是钢轨电阻、牵引电流及过渡电阻。
Studying the supply technical support for anticorrosive protection of rail equipment and underground metal pipes. In this paper, the circuit model of reflux system is established by analyzing the metro reflux system, through which function relations of rail potential to distance and stray current to distance are deduced. Subsequently, distributions of rail potential and stray current are depicted by numerical calculation, and the detail distribution feature is presented by comparative analysis. Besides, lots of numerical simulation calculation results illustrate that under the condition of different electrical parameters, the main factors affecting rail potential are rail resistant and traction current, and the key factors affecting stray current are rail resistance, traction current and transition resistance.
