北京大中型沼气工程运行效率研究

A Study on Operating Efficiency of Large and Medium-sized Biogas Projects in Beijing

农村大中型沼气工程项目是农村新能源重点建设项目。近年来,随着沼气项目的发展,正确评价项目的经济效益显得尤为重要。笔者利用数据包络分析方法对北京地区5项大中型沼气工程项目的运行效率进行了评价,并提出拓宽大中型沼气工程产品的利用途径、探索托管运营新模式与加大政策扶持力度等优化建议。

Large and medium-sized biogas projects in Beijing rural area are very important in the new energy project. In recent years, with the development of biogas projects in Beijing rural area, it is particularly important to evaluate the economic benefits of such projects. In this article, we use DEA method to evaluate the economic efficiency of five typical large and medium- sized biogas projects in Beijing. We also bring forward some optimized suggestion, such as widing the utilization of large and medium-sized methane proiect products, exploring new pattern hosting operations, and intensifying the policy support.
