摘要 介绍了陕化集团磷酸一铵(MAP)装置添加大白粉和合成氨装置锅炉烟气氨法脱硫系统副产硫酸铵的运行情况,从与磷酸一铵的搀配性、添加工艺的适配性、产品质量的稳定性、土壤和农作物的吸收性以及添加的经济性等5个方面,对比分析用自产的硫酸铵替代外购的大白粉来降低MAP产品总养分的可行性。 The operation of the monoammonium phosphate(MAP) plant of Shanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group adding charging of calcium carbonate or ammonium sulphate by-producted by ammonia process from boiler flue gas desulphurization system in the synthesis ammonia plant is described.And from the five aspects of blending property of MAP,suitability of the charging process,stability of product quality,absorption by soil and crop,as well as economy of the charging,the feasibility of utilizing own product ammonium sulphate to replace purchased calcium carbonate to reduce the total nutrient of the MAP product is compared and analyzed.
