摘要
阐述了山东奥宝化工集团有限公司研发的AS系列高效催化剂在硫酸生产中的推广和应用。AS系列高效催化剂产品工业化应用成功,硫酸装置尾气排放ρ(SO2)达到了新的尾气排放限值要求,证明它在大型硫酸装置上应用的可靠性,以及在解决硫酸装置尾气达标排放方面是最简便、经济、可行的措施。
The promotion and application of AS series high-efficiency catalyst developed by Shandong Aobao Chemical Group Co.,Ltd.in sulphuric acid production is described.AS series high-efficiency catalyst products have succeeded in industrial application,taigas emission ρ(SO2) from the sulphuric acid plant has reached the latest limits for tailgas emission,which is proves its reliability in applying for large sulphuric acid plant,and it is the easiest,most economical and feasible measure in meeting the emission standard for tailgas from sulphuric acid plant.
