摘要
介绍了近些年来我国硫酸装置换热器的结构改进情况及采用缩放管后其传热效率与使用寿命的关系,讨论了3种对缩放管的支撑方式,针对硫酸装置初开车时因换热器器壁温度低而可能生成冷凝酸的问题,提出了在节约条件下延长换热器使用寿命的措施。
The improvement of heat exchanger construction for sulphuric acid plant in China in recent years,and the correlation between its heat transfer efficiency and service life after using the shrinkage tube are described.Three ways of support methods for converging-diverging tubes are discussed.In view of the problem that may cause condensed acid due to low temperature in the heat exchanger wall during initial startup of the sulphuric acid plant,the measure on delaying use lives of the heat exchanger is proposed.
