从《正义论》全书的逻辑来看,原初状态是罗尔斯正义论逻辑起点;正义的两个原则是正义论的核心内容;构建正义的社会制度和具有正义感的人是正义论的目的。简言之,自由而平等的理性人在原初状态以及无知之幕的设定下,受正义主客观环境的限制,以及原初状态中对原则选择的限制,最终确定了正义的两个原则。罗尔斯通过在原初状态下选择两个正义原则,最终目的是试图构建正义的社会制度,并论证正义制度具有稳定性。

From the logic of Theory of Justice,the original state is the beginning point of John Bordley Rawls＇ theory of justice.The two principles of justice are the core content of the theory of justice.The aim of theory of justice is to construct the social system and human of justice.In a brief,designed within the original state and ignorance,free and equal rational man determined the two principles at last with the limit of subjective and objective conditions of justice,and the limit in principle choice in the original state.The final aim of his choice of the two principles is trying to construct a social system of justice,and discussing the stability of justice system.
