摘要 在考虑能源消耗以及城际列车与公路大巴和私家车客流竞争关系的基础上,以铁路运输部门收入最大化和城际旅客出行广义费用最小化为优化目标,以运输供给、列车到发时间以及列车数为约束条件,建立连接2个中心城市的城际列车运行速度的多目标非线性优化模型,并借助Matlab软件实现基于模糊折中规划的求解算法。分析旅客时间价值和最小上座率2个参数的变化对城际列车最优运行速度的影响。算例结果表明:在考虑列车的运行能耗后,城际列车的最优运行速度随旅客时间价值的提高呈上升趋势,随最小上座率的提高呈下降趋势;在一定的经济发展水平下,列车过高的运行速度并不能减少城际旅客出行的广义费用,反而造成列车运行能耗的大量增加。 Considering the energy consumption and the competition relationship between intercity trains and buses as well as private cars for passenger flow,a multi-objective and nonlinear model is established for the speed optimization of intercity trains that only serve two central cities.The optimization targets are to maximize the profit of railway transportation department and minimize the generalized cost of passengers choosing intercity railway.The constraints are transport supply,train departure and arrival time as well as the number of trains.The algorithm based on fuzzy compromise programming is applied to solve the model by the software Matlab.The influence of passengers' time value and the required minimum ridership on the optimal speed is illustrated through a numerical example.The results show that the optimal speed of intercity trains rises with the increase of passengers' time value and falls with the increase of the required minimum ridership when the energy consumption for moving trains is involved.Under a certain level of economic development,intercity trains with ultrahigh speeds are not able to reduce the generalized cost of passengers choosing intercity railway,but result in a significant increase in energy consumption for moving them instead.
