摘要 目的:分析注射用葛根素粉针低温配制空瓶结晶的原因,探讨注射用葛根素粉针输液的正确配制方法。方法:静脉药物配置中心(PIVAS)药师在复核成品输液的过程中发现低温配制注射用葛根素粉针(规格0.2 g)空瓶瓶壁上附着大量结晶状物质,通过深入临床了解情况和进一步验证性实验分析其原因。结果:注射用葛根素粉针低温配制空瓶结晶的原因主要为溶媒量不足;在操作规范、溶媒(5%葡萄糖注射液)足量(>5 mL)、适当振摇的情况下,注射用葛根素粉针能快速溶解,其输液配制效果最佳。结论:PIVAS药师运用药学专业知识和实践分析,解决了注射用葛根素粉针输液低温配制过程中溶媒量不足引起的空瓶结晶问题,体现了药师在PIVAS中保障临床用药安全有效的积极作用。 Objective: To analyze the reasons of the crystallization of puerarin injection powder in bottles and to study the right method of preparation for puerarin injection infusion. Methods: Pharmacists in PIVAS found that, when they reviewed finished infusion, the empty bottle sidewall of puerarin powder for injection (0.2 g) was attached with a large number of crystalline substances. Through in- depth clinical understanding of the situation and further validation experiments, they tried to find out the reasons. Results: The crystallization of puerarin injection powder in bottles was mainly due to insufficient solvent; with full dose ( 〉5 mL) of solvent (5% GS) and appropriately shaken, puerarin injection powder dissolved rapidly through standard operation. Conclusions: Pharmacists in PIVAS have solved the problem of the crystallization of puerarin injection powder in bottles caused by insu^cient amount of solvent during the preparation process.
