摘要
根据铁路架桥机独特的施工方式,TJ165型架桥机吊梁行车采用了下挂内藏形式的设计方案,充分利用了有限的设计空间,满足了总体设计外形尺寸的要求,主要结构采用数字仿真技术优化设计,最大应力小于制造材料的许用应力,符合结构强度要求。
Based on the unique construction mode of railway bridge girder-erecting machine,the design scheme of under-hanging and built-in type is adopted in the TJ165type girder carrier which can make the most of the limited space and meet the requirements of the overall outline dimensions.The optimal design for the primary structure of the girder carrier is conducted by digital simulation technology and the mix stress of the structure is lower than the allowable stress of the material which indicates that the structure meets the strength requirements.
