摘要
传统观点认为纤维是SMA必不可少的成分,在设计无纤维SMA-10过程中,通过对几种不同级配混合料的稳定度及动稳定度进行试验研究,结果表明:适当增加混合料的粗集料含量,有利于提高混合料的高温稳定性;增加矿粉用量,可同时提高混合料的稳定度及动稳定度。因此,选择合理的级配,控制关键筛孔的通过量,适度增加矿粉用量是提高SMA混合料性能的关键。
A traditional view is that fibre is a essential constituent of SMA mixture.But,in the article,we studied the effects of gradation variation of no-fibre SMA on marshall stability and dynamic stability by experiment in the design process of no-fibre SMA-10.The test results show that properly increase the content of coarse aggregate is beneficial to improve the high temperature stability of SMA mixture and properly increase the mineral powder can increase the marshall stability and dynamic stability.So,the key of increasing the performance of SMA mixture is to select the reasonable gradation,control the content of sensitive grain size and properly increase the content of mineral powder.
