杭州市公共自行车系统发展现状及其对策研究

Development Status and Countermeasure of Public Bicycle System in Hangzhou

通过分析杭州市公共自行车系统运行情况及站点设置存在的不足,结合实际情况与道路交通规划,提出了优化公共自行车交通系统的对策建议:注重自行车道的建设和站点布置,建立科学合理的等级分布;完善服务管理程序,积极实现公共自行车系统自动化营运;提升与之相适应的服务体系建设等。

The public bicycle system is one major initiative,taken by Hangzhou municipal government,to expand the public transportation service and promote the transfer of public bicycles and the other public transportation means,which contributes to build a green and sustainable transportation system.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in system operation and site setting of Public Bicycle project in Hangzhou,as well as the roads traffic plan,the following solutions and advices which can enhance the public bicycle system are proposed in this paper： one is accelerating the pavements of the bicycle lanes and designing a reasonable layout of the stations;the second is improving the operations of service managemen and realizing the autonomous running of public bicycle service system;the third and the last one is enhancing the correspondent service systems.
