无创正压通气治疗OSAHS的临床研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的评价无创正压通气治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症(OSAHS)的疗效。方法 42例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症患者治疗前后进行多导睡眠仪(Polysomnography,PSG)监测血氧饱和度,呼吸暂停次数,低通气次数的对比研究。结果 42例患者经过3个月无创正压通气治疗呼吸暂停次数,低通气次数,平均血氧饱和度等指标均有明显改善,具有统计学意义。结论无创正压通气是治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症的一种有效治疗方法。 Objective To evaluate the curative effect of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods 42 patients with OSAHS were treated with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation,and their oxygen saturation,apnea,and hypopnea were comparatively studied.Results The improvement of their oxygen saturation,apnea,and hypopnea showed a statistical significance after the 3 months′ treatment of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation.Conclusion Non-invasive positive pressure ventilation is an effective method in the treatment of patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome.
