摘要
目的探讨实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应与快速培养法检验肺炎支原体的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿186例,以及同期非肺炎支原体肺炎患儿131例,同时行两法检测肺炎支原体,对比临床诊断。结果实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应与快速培养法检测肺炎支原体相比,在灵敏度、阳性预测值、假阴性率以及诊断符合率方面略高(P>0.05);但前者在特异度、假阳性率方面则明显优于后者(P<0.05)。两法联合应用,灵敏度、阴性预测值、诊断符合率高于单用(P<0.05),但特异度低于前者(P<0.05)。两种检测方法检测结果也并不完全一致,一致率为72.56%。结论两种检测方法对肺炎支原体检测各有优点,应考虑联合应用。
Objective To explore and compare the clinical effect of between real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction and fast culture method in the detection of mycoplasma pneumoniae.Methods 186 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae and 131 children with non-mycoplasma pneumoniae were selected in this study,and they were all given the two methods to detect mycoplasma pneumoniae.Then the clinical diagnosis was compared.Results The sensitivity,positive predictive value,false negative rate,and diagnosis coincidence were slightly higher in the real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction method than the fast culture method(P0.05),but the specific degree and the false positive rate were obviously higher in the former method than the latter(P0.05).The sensitivity,negative predictive value,diagnosis coincidence rate were higher in the combined application than single one(P0.05),but the specific degrees decreased obviously(P0.05).The diagnosis coincidence rate was 72.56% of the combined application.Conclusion The two methods each have their advantages in the detection of mycoplasma pneumoniae,and the combined application should be considered in clinical practice.
