盐酸氨溴索雾化对COPD患者氧化应激的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨盐酸氨溴索雾化对COPD患者氧化应激的影响。方法选取70例Ⅱ级中度COPD患者分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用单一吸入噻托溴胺粉雾剂治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗,疗程4周。所有入选者抽取静脉血,化学比色法检测血清还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平。结果与治疗前比较,治疗组患者血清GSH、SOD、MDA水平较治疗前显著减低(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,治疗组患者血清GSH、SOD、MDA水平较对照组显著减低(P<0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索雾化能改善COPD患者全身氧化应激水平。 Objective To explore the influence of atomization inhalation of ambroxol on oxidative stress of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 70 COPD patients at moderate Ⅱ degree were randomly divided into the control group and.the treatment group.The control group was given the salmeterol fluticasone therapy,the treatment group was given atomization inhalation of ambroxol combined with salmeterol fluticasone.The treatment course was four weeks.The levels of GSH,SOD and MDA were monitored by chemical colorimetric.Results The levels of serum GSH,SOD and MDA decreased obviously after the treatment(P0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Atomization inhalation of ambroxol can improve the level of oxidative stress of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
