老年内科住院患者静脉血栓栓塞症的预防 被引量：2

摘要 VTE是一个全球性的公共健康问题,在发展中国家是住院病人最常见的死亡原因之一。最近资料显示在美国每年VTE影响了九十万病人,同时导致了十万到三十万病人的死亡。在欧洲国家,VTE发生率超过一百六十万,DVT达到七十万,VTE相关性死亡五十万。VTE在老年病人身上发生率很高,每年超过0.6%,对于那些年龄大于80岁的老年人,罹患VTE的风险特别高,尤其在内科老年住院病人,
