多索茶碱治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病168例被引量：21

摘要目的观察和比较多索茶碱和氨茶碱治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效。方法将168例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者分为多索茶碱组(治疗组)和氨茶碱组(对照组),观察和比较两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效、FEV1和FEV1%预计值、不良反应发生率。结果治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组,且不良反应发生率低,而肺功能指标变化无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多索茶碱治疗COPD安全有效,较氨茶碱不良反应少。
