我国图书馆员工作满意度研究综述

A Review of Research on Job Satisfaction of Librarians in China

从文献总体分布、作者及其工作单位分布及主题分析四个方面,对二十几年来我国图书馆员工作满意度文献进行了系统的分析,指出在该领域研究已取得的成果和需要继续研究的问题。

This paper analyses the articles about the job satisfaction of librarians, which are produced in more than twenty years from four aspects：literature distribution, authors and work unit distribution, number of articles pub- lished by core journals distribution and themes. In the paper, the achievements that have gained in this field are summarized; moreover, the shortages are proposed in order to be a reference for future research.
