摘要 苏76-1-20H井是部署在苏里格气田的一口长水平段水平井,设计井深6 346 m,水平段井眼尺寸Ф152.4 mm,采用裸眼完井后下入Ф88.9 mm完井压裂管柱实施15段分段压裂。针对该井所面临的技术难点,从井眼轨迹控制、摩阻扭矩预测与控制、地质导向技术、钻井液技术、井眼修复技术、事故复杂预防等方面采取了相应的技术措施。该井实钻水平段长2 856 m,施工过程安全顺利,为长水平段水平井钻井积累了经验,对高效开发低孔低渗油气田具有重要的指导意义。 To improve the development efficiency of low porosity and low permeability gas reservoirs, A long lateral horizontal well was drilled in Sulige gas field, which is Well Su76-1-20H. Based on the borehole structure and wellbore trajectory design for the well, the difficulties were proposed, which were long lateral, large friction torque, hard trajectory control, small wellbore size, high circula- tion pump pressure, difficult wellbore cleaning treatment, wellbore collapse, drilling tool deformation, technical casing wearing, and so on. The key techniques and application effect were illustrated detailed from the viewpoint of trajectory control, friction torque predic- tion, geosteering technique, drilling fluid technique, wellbore repairing technique, and complex accident prevention. The well creates the record of the longest horizontal section on land within CNPC, with the horizontal length of 2 856 m, and safety and smooth drilling process, which proves important guiding role for efficiently develop low porosity and low permeability oil and gas fields.
