摘要 非常规油气水平井固井由于其井眼特点和质量要求,提高固井质量的难度较常规水平井更大。围绕非常规油气水平井固井的难点,从通井、下套管、钻井液性能调整、固井前置液和水泥浆设计、施工参数设计与控制等方面提出了提高顶替效率的关键技术措施,并在F116-1HF等井施工中进行了实践,取得了良好效果,为非常规油气水平井固井提供了积极的借鉴意义。 The difficulty of improving cementing quality in horizontal wells of unconventional oil and gas reservoirs is much great- er than that of conventional reservoirs due to borehole characteristics and quality requirements of horizontal well cementing. Around the difficulty of unconventional oil and gas horizontal well cementing, several key technologies of improving displacement efficiency were proposed from the aspects of drafting process, casing running, drilling fluid properties adjustment, cementing pad fluid and cement slurry design and construction parameters design and controlling. The research results have already been launched in Well F116-1HF and turns that fine effects have been achieved. The successful field application provides positive reference for horizontal well cementing of unconventional oil and gas reservoir.
