介绍了一种特型长度铰链生产的冲压工艺与级进模设计,对工艺和模具设计的要点及注意事项做了阐述。实践证明,方案可行,该工艺与模具可生产多种不同长度的铰链,为铰链生产提供了一种新的方案。
The stamping process of a series of long hinges with special type and its progres- sive die design were presented, including the key design points and precautions. The pro- cess and die can be used to manufacture different lengths of hinges.
