摘要
采用多年定向选育的尼罗罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus)雌鱼做母本,采用由性别二系配套技术繁殖的尼罗罗非鱼超雄鱼做父本,构成XX♀/YY♂尼罗罗非鱼新品种繁育体系,可规模化繁育全雄性尼罗罗非鱼新品种"鹭雄1号"。"鹭雄1号"的突出特点是遗传雄性率高,达到99.00%以上,较其它所有尼罗罗非鱼品系的雄性率高出1倍左右,同时具有生长迅速和出肉率高的优良性状。
A new variety breeding system of XX♀/YY♂ Oreochromis niloticus was formed by using directional selected 0. niloticus as female parent and supermale O. niloticus as male parent to realize large scale reproduction of new variety all -male O. niloticus ＂Luxiong 1＂ . The remarkable aspect of ＂Luxiong 1＂ was that the genetic male rate was high, which could reach 99% and was twice higher than the other O. niloticus strains. Meanwhile, it has excellent properties of rapid growth and high meat percentage.
