673例结核病患者血清肿瘤标志物检测结果分析

Detection of serum tumor markers in 673 patients of tuberculosis

目的分析结核病患者血清肿瘤标志物的检测结果。方法选取2012年1～10月在南宁市第四人民医院住院的结核病患者673例作为研究对象,利用电化学发光检测血清AFP、CEA、CA125、CA199等四项肿瘤标志物的浓度,分析各项指标的阳性率及患者年龄之间的关系。结果在673例结核病患者中有11例AFP浓度水平升高,占受检人数的1.63%,有97例CEA浓度水平升高,占14.41%,有149例CA199浓度水平升高,占22.14%,有311例CA125浓度水平升高,占46.21%,升高的各项指标平均浓度与正常的平均浓度比较差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。在年龄比较中,浓度升高组和正常组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论常规对结核病患者进行肿瘤标志物的检测可有效、及时的发现结核病合并其他肿瘤的情况,从而做到早发现、早治疗,以保证患者健康,减少死亡病例的发生。

Objective To analyze the detection results of serum tumor markers in patients with tuberculosis. Methods Six hundred and seventy-three patients with tuberculosis in the Fourth People＇s Hospital of Nanning from January 2012 to October were selected as the research objects. The serum levels ofAFP, CEA, CA125 and CA199 were detected using electrochemical luminescence. The positive rate of each indicator, and the relationship between the patients with age were analyzed. Results In 673 patients of tuberculosis, AFP levels increased in 11 patients （1.63%）, CEA levels increased in 97 patients （14.41%）, CA199 levels increased in 149 patients （22.14%）, CA125 levels increased in 311 patients （46.21%）. The average levels of the indicators showed statistically significant difference with the normal average concentration （P〈0.01）. Patients with increased concentration showed statistically significant difference with the patients with normal concentration in age （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Routine detection of tumor markers for tuberculosis patients can effectively detect the complicated tumors of tuberculosis, which enable us to perform early treatment to ensure patients＇ health and reduce the occurrence of death.
