妊娠期高血压疾病患者胎儿脐血中MMP-1及TIMP-1的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨脐血血清中MMP-1及TIMP-1的表达与妊娠期高血压疾病发生及疾病严重程度的相关性。方法选取43例妊娠期高血压疾病患者为实验组,其中妊娠期高血压18例,轻度子痫前期9例,重度子痫前期16例,同期30例正常晚孕孕妇为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测脐血血清中MMP-1及TIMP-1的表达。结果妊娠期高血压疾病组脐血血清中MMP-1表达低于对照组(P<0.05),妊娠期高血压组、轻度子痫前期组、重度子痫前期组MMP-1表达逐渐下降,三组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),TIMP-1的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MMP-1与妊娠期高血压疾病的发生和疾病严重程度之间存在相关性,MMP-1、TIMP-1可能参与妊娠期高血压疾病的发生与发展。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of matrix metanopreteinases-1 (MMP-1), tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases-1 (TIMP-I) and hypertensive disorders during pregnancy. Methods Forty-three patients with hypertensive disorders during pregnancy were enrolled as the study group, in- eluding 18 patients with gestational hypertension, 9 with mild preeelampsia, and 16 with severe preeelampsia. Thirty normal pregnant women were collected as the control group. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to ana- lyze the expression of MMP-1 and TIMP-1 in umbilicus serum. Results The expression of MMP-1 in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P〈0.05). And the more serious was hypertensive disor- ders during pregnancy, the lower was the expression of MMP-1. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the expression of TIMP-1. Conclusion There was a close relationship between the expression of MMP-1 and hypertensive disorders during pregnancy. MMP-1 and TIMP-1 might play an important role in the development of hypertensive disorders during pregnancy.
