使用Triport经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术六例

Transumbilical single port laparoscopic appendectomy using Triport: a report of 6 cases

目的探讨使用Triport经脐进行单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术的可行性及临床价值。方法回顾分析2010年10月至2012年2月我院使用Triport经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术6例患者的临床资料,手术使用Triport和普通腹腔镜器械。结果全部手术均获成功,无中转常规腹腔镜手术或开腹手术。手术显露良好,手术过程顺利,手术时间40～90min,平均56.5min。术后1～2d出院。6例随访1～5个月,无腹痛等不适症状,腹壁无可见手术瘢痕。结论使用Triport经脐进行单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术安全可行,具有微创及美容优势,使用普通腹腔镜操作器械可以完成手术,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To investigate the feasibility and clinical value oftransumbilical laparoscopic appendectomy by using Triport. Methods Six patients with appendicitis from October 2010 to February 2011 treated by transumbilical single port laparoscopic appendectomy using Triport were reviewed and evaluated. Triport and conven- tional instruments were used during the operation. Results The operation was successfully completed without conver- sion to routine laparosenpic surgery or open surgery in all of the cases, we achieved a good vision during the operation, The mean operation time was （56.53= 18.3） minutes （ranged from 40 to 90 minutes）, No patient needed postoperative drainage after the surgery. The patients were discharged from hospital in 1 to 2 days afterwards. All the patients were followed up for 1 to 5 months, during which no patients had abdominal pain or other complaints. No surgical scars could be observed on the abdomen. Conclusion Transumbilical Single Port Laparoscopic appendectomy using Triport is feasible, safe and minimally invasive with good cosmetic outcomes.
