海南医学院在校大学生蠕形螨感染状况调查分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解大学生面部蠕形螨的感染情况,为大学生皮肤蠕形螨的预防提供指导性资料。方法选取海南医学院2009级272名大学生为调查对象,使用透明胶带粘贴法进行面部取样,通过显微镜镜下观察,查到蠕形螨即为阳性结果,记录数据并进行统计学分析。结果 272名调查对象中阳性者69名,总感染率为25.37%,感染者以轻度感染者为主,占总感染人数的92.70%(P<0.01);感染蠕形螨类型以毛囊蠕形螨为主,其感染率为56.52%(P<0.01);蠕形螨感染率与学生生源地、性别及皮肤损伤情况无关(P>0.05)。结论蠕形螨感染可能与大学生的个人卫生和生活习惯因素有关。 Objective To investigate the infection status ofdemodicid mites in the students, and to provide guidance for the prevention of demodicid mites infection. Methods The investigation was conducted in 272 students of Hainan Medical University enrolled in 2009. Facial samples were obtained by adhesive cellophane tape method and examined by microscope. The results are analyzed by statistical software. Results Of the 272 students, 69 showed positive results, with the total infection rate of 25.37%. The infected students showed mainly mild infec- tion, accounting for 92.70% (P〈0.01). Demodex folliculorum predominates the infection, with an infection rate of 56.52% (P〈0.01). The infection rate of demodicid mites was not correlated with the sources, gender and skin damage of the students (P〉0.05). Conclusion Personal hygiene, living habits and other factors might be the reason for demodieid mites infection, but not the sources, gender and skin damage of the students.
