摘要
目的：了解非疫区布鲁氏菌病的流行病学及l临床特征。方法：回顾性分析我院2004年～2012年收治的布鲁氏菌病患者的临床资料。结果：21例病例纳入研究，其中男18例，女3例。11例患者有牛羊等接触史，6例有进食牛羊肉史，4例感染途径不明。临床症状主要表现为发热、关节疼痛及乏力，淋巴结肿大是较突出的体征。实验室常规检查无特异性，布鲁氏菌血清凝集试验阳性率为80．9％，血培养阳性率为53．8％。误诊率为52．4％。9例病例经利福平和多西环素联合、长疗程治疗，均无复发。结论：布鲁氏菌病临床表现及感染途径的多样化需引起临床医师重视。
Objective：To understand the epidemiological and clinical features of Brucellosis in non-endemic area.Methods：A retrospective analysis was undertaken on the clinical data of Brucellosis patients treated in the hospital from 2004 to 2012.Results：Twenty one patients were fit into this research.Eighteen cases（85.7%） were male and 3 cases （14.3V/o）were female.The mean age of patients was 40.6±12.8 years.Eleven cases （52.4%）had a history of contact with livestock,6 cases （28.6%）had a history of eating mutton or beef and 4 cases （19.0% ）had no evident risk factor for Brucellosis.The main clinical symptoms were fever（100%）,arthralgia（71.4%）and fatigue（57.1%）,while the most common sign were lymphadenectasis（57.1%）.The routine laboratory finding was non specific,17 cases （80.9%）were serum agglutination test positive,while blood culture positive rate was 53.8%.The rate of misdiagnosis was 52.4%.The combination therapy with doxycycline and rifampin in 9 cases was effective.Concluslon：The changes in epidemiological and clinical features of Brucellosis should be noticed.
