On the Reciprocity System between University and Society in the Process of Higher Education Quality Construction

在高等教育质量建设过程中,高校、政府是主导,社会是高等教育的承接者和受益者,三者对高等教育各有诉求。高校、政府和社会的良性互动是实现高等教育质量提升的有效路径,而良性互动的形成重在互动机制的建立。

Around the progress of higher education quality construction, college and government play the leading role, while society is the reception and the beneficiary, these three parts all have different requirements of higher education. The effective way of realizing the improvement of higher education quality is making these three parts well cooperate with each other. Form a good cooperation chiefly on building the system of reciprocity.
