加味二仙丸对支气管哮喘临床缓解期患者血清白细胞介素及干扰素-γ的影响

Influence of Modified Erxian Pill on Serum Interleukin and Interferon-γ of Patients with Bronchial Asthma in Clinical Remission Stage

目的探讨加味二仙丸治疗支气管哮喘临床缓解期的临床疗效及对血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-13(IL-13)及干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)的影响。方法将80例支气管哮喘临床缓解期患者按随机数字表法分为2组,每组40例。观察组予加味二仙丸治疗,对照组予固肾定喘丸治疗。观察治疗前后肺功能及血清IL-2、IL-4、IL-13、IFN-γ的变化,随访期发作次数,进行比较分析。结果 2组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、最大呼气流速峰值(PEF)及血清IL-2、IFN-γ水平均升高,血清IL-4水平下降,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);2组血清IL-13水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组随访期的发作次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味二仙丸能改善患者的肺功能,抑制变态反应,且具有较好的远期疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and influence on serum IL-2,IL-4,IL-13 and IFN-γ of Modified Erxian pill in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma in clinical remission stage.Methods Eighty cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by Modified Erxian pill,the control group was treated by Gushen Dingchuan pill.The pulmonary function,serum IL-2,IL-4,IL-13,IFN-γ and the number of episodes in flow-up period were observed and analyzed comparatively.Results After treatment,FVC,FEV1,PEF and serum IL-2,IFN-γ increased,serum IL-2 decreased in both groups,with significant difference（P 0.05）,and the observation group was better than the control group（P 0.05）.There was no statistical difference in IL-13 between the two groups（P 0.05）.The number of episodes in flow-up period of the observation group was less than the control group,with statistical difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion Modified Erxian pill can improve the pulmonary function and restrain allergy,with good long-term effect.
