摘要
目的基于PubMed数据库文献,对中医药治疗心肌缺血再灌注损伤领域的研究现状、研究热点进行分析,为开展相关研究提供参考依据。方法以PubMed中收录的有关中医药治疗心肌缺血再灌注损伤文献为数据来源,利用TDA软件对文献进行统计分析。结果 16个国家发表144篇文献,中国以88篇居发文国家首位,美国和英国分列第2、3位;共发表在51种期刊中,《中国中西医结合杂志》以30篇文献居于首位;高频主题词为29个;发文量前15名的作者主要集中在实验研究方面。结论从事中医药治疗心肌缺血再灌注损伤研究多为我国研究人员,以实验研究为主,研究热点多为抗氧化、钙超载和抗心肌缺血损伤方面,研究水平和深度有待提高。
Objective To statistically analyze the current situation and hotspots of treatment on MI/RI by traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）,and provide a reference for relative researchers.Methods With PubMed as data source,the literature of TCM on MI/RI were analyzed by TDA software.Results Chinese researchers published 88 articles in 16 countries,taking the first place in front of the US and England.Totally 144 articles were printed in 51 journals,and in those journals,＂Zhongguo Zhongxiyi Jiehe Zazhi＂ included 30 articles.The number of high frequency key words was 29.The research hotspot of the top 15 authors was mainly on experimental researches.Conclusion Treatment on MI/RI by TCM has entered a rapid development and researches in China are in the leading position.The research hotspots currently focus on antioxidants,calcium overload and the protective effects of MI/RI.In addition,the level and depth of research on MI/RI is needed to be further improved.
