摘要
企业文化对于一个企业的成长,表面上看来不是最直接的因素,但事实上却是最持久的决定因素。世界上那些成功的企业,其长盛不衰的原因主要有优质的产品、精明的销售、深厚的文化底蕴。而且,优质的产品、精明的服务往往产生于深厚的企业文化底蕴。为此,在电信企业文化建设上,应该培育认同感,增强凝聚力;关注传播点,塑造高素质;树立人才观,发挥创造力;以当家的精神,树企业的形象。
For the growth of one enterprise, its corporate culture seems not the most direct factor, but actually is the most sustained and determining factor. In the world, the mainly common causes that many enterprises keep dynamic for a long time come from high-quality products, excellent marketing and profound corporate culture. Moreover, high- quality products and excellent marketing can often stem from profound corporate culture. Therefore, in the cuhural construction of telecom enterprise, we should foster the sense of identity in order to enhance the cohesion, pay attention to pickup points for the purpose of fostering high quality talents, set up the view of talent so as to develop their creativity and establish a good corporate image with the Master Spirit.
