本文通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,从武术运动的特征出发,对大学生学练武术兴趣进行研究和分析,教师在教学过程中可以通过科学、合理、正确的讲解和示范,激发学生的学武兴趣;改进教学内容、教学方法,也是提高学生学练武术兴趣的有效方法;通过校内武术协会的宣传和比赛的激励也是提高学生学练武术兴趣的有效手段。以求更好的促进武术运动在高校的发展。
