白介素18对动脉粥样硬化斑块形态变化影响的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 【目的】探索白介素18对动脉粥样硬化斑块形态变化的影响及在促进易损斑块形成中的可能机制。【方法】采用30只同龄、同体重雄性动脉粥样硬化模型新西兰大白兔制成60个动脉粥样硬化斑块标本,采用析因设计,给予白介素18进行刺激,以不同的白介素18刺激时间和刺激浓度组合作为新处理组,将60个动脉粥样硬化斑块标本随机分入新处理组中(n=5),测量在不同刺激时间和刺激浓度下,纤维帽的厚度与脂核横截面厚度及其比值的变化。【结果】纤维帽的厚度随着白介素18的浓度及刺激天数的增加而降低(P〈0.01)。脂核横截面厚度随着白介素18的浓度及刺激天数增加而升高(P〈0.01),帽/核比值随着白介素18的浓度及刺激天数增加而下降(P〈0.01)。【结论】白介素18使动脉粥样硬化王i王块的纤维帽的厚度变薄、脂核横截面厚度增加、帽/核比值降低,促进易损斑块表形的形成。 [Objective]To explore the effect of interleukin-18(IL-18) on the change of the morphology of ath- erosclerotic plaque and the possible mechanism of IL-18 in promoting the formation of vulnerable plaque. [Meth- ods] Thirty male New Zealand white rabbits were made into 60 atherosclerosis plaque specimens. The factorial de- sign was used. IL-18 was given for stimulation. The rabbits with the same IL 18 stimulation time and concentra- tion models were selected as new treatment group. Sixty atheroselerosis plaque specimens were randomly enrolled in new treatment group( n = 5). The thickness of fibrous cap, the thickness of nuclear cross section and the cap/ core with different time and concentration of IL-18 stimulation were measured. [Results] The thiekness of fibrous cap and the cap/core decreased with the increasing of the eoncentration and time of IL-18 stimulation( P d0.01), while the thickness of nuclear cross section increased with the increasing of the concentration and time of IL-18 stimulation( P d0.01). [Conclusion]IL -18 can decrease the thickness of fibrous cap of atherosclerosis plaque, and increase the thickness of nuclear cross section, and reduce the cap/core, and promote the formation of vulnerable plaque.
