高能超声聚焦联合全身化疗治疗盆腔恶性肿瘤（附3例报告）

High Intensity Focused Ultrasound Combined with Systemic Chemotherapy for the Treatment of Pelvic Malignant Tumor （a Report of 3 Cases）

【目的】探讨高能超声聚焦（HIFU）联合全身化疗对盆腔恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。【方法】3例盆腔恶性肿瘤患者采用HIFU联合全身化疗，对治疗前后肿瘤大小变化及其他临床指标进行评估。【结果】治疗后3例达到部分缓解（100％o），所有症状消失（100Vo），临床收益反应率100％o。无不良反应。【结论】HIFu联合全身化疗治疗盆腔恶性肿瘤是一种安全有效的治疗方法，值得推广应用。

[Objective] To explore the clinical efficacy of high intensity focused ultrasound（HIFU） corn bined with systemic chemotherapy for the treatment of pelvic malignant tumor. [Methods] Three patients with pelvic malignant tumor were treated by HIFU. The change of tumor size and other clinical indicators before and after HIFU were evaluated. [Results] After treatment, 3 patients were partial remission（100%）, and all symptoms disappeared（100%）, and the clinical benefit response was 100%. No adverse reaction occurred. [Conclusion] HIFU combined with systemic chemotherapy for the treatment of pelvic malignant tumor is a safe and minimally invasive method, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
