高能超声聚焦联合全身化疗治疗盆腔恶性肿瘤(附3例报告)

High Intensity Focused Ultrasound Combined with Systemic Chemotherapy for the Treatment of Pelvic Malignant Tumor (a Report of 3 Cases)

摘要 【目的】探讨高能超声聚焦(HIFU)联合全身化疗对盆腔恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。【方法】3例盆腔恶性肿瘤患者采用HIFU联合全身化疗,对治疗前后肿瘤大小变化及其他临床指标进行评估。【结果】治疗后3例达到部分缓解(100%o),所有症状消失(100Vo),临床收益反应率100%o。无不良反应。【结论】HIFu联合全身化疗治疗盆腔恶性肿瘤是一种安全有效的治疗方法,值得推广应用。 [Objective] To explore the clinical efficacy of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) corn bined with systemic chemotherapy for the treatment of pelvic malignant tumor. [Methods] Three patients with pelvic malignant tumor were treated by HIFU. The change of tumor size and other clinical indicators before and after HIFU were evaluated. [Results] After treatment, 3 patients were partial remission(100%), and all symptoms disappeared(100%), and the clinical benefit response was 100%. No adverse reaction occurred. [Conclusion] HIFU combined with systemic chemotherapy for the treatment of pelvic malignant tumor is a safe and minimally invasive method, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
