牙体分解法拔除多根磨牙的治疗效果

Efficacy of Dental Decomposition Method for Pulling out Multi-rooted Molars

【目的】探讨牙体分解法拔除多根磨牙的临床治疗疗效。【方法】将本院260例276颗多根磨牙或残根患者根据入院时间进行分组，2011年6月31日前就诊的118例（130颗）列入对照组，采用传统的增隙挺出法拔除磨牙；2011年7月1日后就诊的142例（146颗）列入研究组，采用高速涡轮机牙体分解技术拔除磨牙，比较两组患者的临床疗效。【结果】研究组患者肿胀、疼痛、出血重度患者发生比例明显低于对照组，张口受限患者比例明显高于对照组，且两组相比较差异均具有显著性（P〈0．05）。【结论】应用高速涡轮机行牙体分解拔除多根磨牙及残根术中损伤小，术区术后恢复速度快，并发症少，患者痛苦较小。

[Objective]To explore the clinical efficacy of dental decomposition method for the extraction of multi-rooted molars. [Methods]According to admission time, 260 patients（276 multi-rooted molars or residual roots） were grouped. The control group included 118 patients（130 molars） at admission before June 31 in 2011 and underwent traditional gap elongation and unbending for pulling out the molars. The research group includ- ed 142 patients（146 molars） at admission after July 1 in 2011 and underwent high-speed turbine dental decom- position for pulling out the molars. The clinical efficacy was compared between two groups. [Results] The in- cidence of swelling, pain and bleeding in patients of the research group was obviously lower than that in control group. The incidence of the limited opening in the research group was obviously higher than that in control group. There were significant difference between two groups （ P ~0.05）. [Conclusion]High-speed turbine dental decomposition for the extraction of multi-rooted molars and residual roots has minimal trauma, rapid postoperative recovery in surgery area, fewer complications and little pain.
