产前超声筛查在中晚孕期胎儿畸形诊断中的应用

Application of prenatal ultrasound screening for fetal malformation in middle and late pregnancy diagnosis

目的探讨产前胎儿畸形筛查的重要意义以及彩超在中晚孕胎儿畸形筛查中的作用。方法对2010年7月～2012年7月,孕龄13～39周的3988例孕妇,应用麦迪逊V10彩色多普勒超声进行常规胎儿畸形筛查,并对其诊断准确率及漏诊率进行统计。结果本组3988例孕妇中检出胎儿畸形58例,其中彩超诊断56例,漏诊2例,胎儿畸形检出率0.14%,超声诊断与引产或分娩后超声诊断符合率96%。结论彩色多普勒超声综合筛查法是产前诊断胎儿先天性发育畸形的最有效方法之一。

Objective To discuss the important significance of prenatal screening for fetal abnormalities in middle and late pregnancy. Methods From July 2010 to July 2012 , 3988 pregnant women, whose gestational age were between 13 and 39 weeks, underwent routine screening for fetal abnormalities by Color Doppler ultrasonography. （Apparatus： MEDISON V10） . According to the imaging diagnosis, the diagnosis and misdiagnosis rate were calculated. Results 58 fetal malformation cases were detected by ultrasound, misdiagnosis of 2 cases. The incidence of fetal malformations is 0.14%, the ultrasound detection rate of fetal malformation is 96%. Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound integrated screening method is the most effective method of the prenatal diagnosis of congenital fetal malformation.
