汉化Oswestry功能障碍指数评价老年腰椎间盘突出症介入治疗术后疗效

The efficacy of oswestry disability index on assessment to interventional therapy of Lumber Disc Herniation

目的应用汉化Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability index,ODI)评价老年腰椎间盘突出症介入治疗术后疗效。方法用ODI问卷表和综合评分表对介入治疗术前术后的73例老年腰椎间盘突出症患者进行评分,术后完成随访59例,平均随访时间18个月,分别计算优良率,并进行相关分析。结果 ODI指数与综合评分表评定的优良率相比,无显著性差异。结论用汉化ODI评定老年腰椎间盘突出症介入治疗术后的疗效更加稳定、客观,是一项可靠的参考标准。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of oswestry disability index （ODD assessment on interventional therapy efficacy of the lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods 73 elderly patients prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc, who were estimated by ODI questionnaire and comprehensive scale grade in preoperative postoperative. 59 patients of complete the telephone follow-up, average follow-up time was eighteen months, and then separately calculate the excellent and good rate and correlation analysis. Results There is no significant difference on ODI index and comprehensive rating scale of the methods. Conclusion ODI evaluation is a reliable reference standard for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc intervention treatment the curative effect. It is more stable and objective.
