建立手术室骨科护理亚专业组的效果评价

目的探讨建立手术室骨科护理亚专业组的作用,并进行效果评价。方法将手术室骨科专科护士分为创伤、脊柱和关节3个亚专业组,设亚专业组组长并固定组员,试行亚专业组负责制度。对建立手术室骨科护理亚专业组后医生护士满意度以及护理科研论文提升进行比较。结果医护配合更加默契,手术配合医生满意度从85%提高到98%;专科器械和仪器能得到及时维护和保养;与病房护士沟通良好,提高了围手术期的护理质量;护士满意度从88%提高到99%,护士业务和学术科研水平明显提高(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论手术室骨科护理亚专业组的建立,利于提高手术配合质量和工作效率,是培养高度专业化的现代手术室护士的有效模式,有较好的满意度和临床效果。

Oh iective To evaluate the establish of sub-professional group for orthopedic care in operating room. Methods Specialist nurses in the operating room were divided into 3 sub-professional groups, as orthopedic trauma, spine and joints groups, sub-professional team leader and fixed crew were determined, the pilot sub-professional group was responsible for system. Results The health care got more understanding, doctors＇ satisfaction with a surgery increased from 85% to 98%; specialist equipment and instruments can get timely care and maintenance; communication with the ward nurses, and improve the quality of perioperative care; the nurses＇ satisfaction increased from 88% to 99%, nurse business and research level were significantly improved. Conclusion The establish of sub-professional group in operating room for orthopedic care, which will help improve the surgery by the quality and work efficiency, it is an effective model train highly specialized in modern operating room nurses, its advantages will be reflected in the satisfaction and achievement.
