高职院校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设直接关系人才培养的质量和水平。当前,高职院校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设面临诸多问题,已经影响到正常的教育教学工作,必须采取措施加强认识,加大投入,大力扶持,从制度上保障思想政治理论课教师队伍建设。

The team building of ideological and political theory course teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges has a direct impact on the students＇ quality and education outcome. However, many problems arise from this issue, which has a negative influence on our education and teaching. The paper calls for to take measures to ensure the team building by enhancing awareness, increasing fund supporting and making policies.
