By discussing the theories of American economists Van Buren, Pyle and Mience and the subsequent three major models, this paper reveals the emergence and development of the ideas of 'Stock Socialism' in the U.S. and from the viewpoint of history of stock theory, it tries to further prove the existence of 'Stock Socialosm'.
