摘要
旨在探讨如何改进在应用GB/T6437-2002分光光度法测定饲料中总磷含量时结果计算的方法。经过推导试验,采用回归分析法建立一个磷含量与吸光度之间的线性回归方程,并以此来代替工作曲线,即可计算出总磷测定结果。分析结果表明,该方法简便、快捷、误差小、准确率高。
The research aimed to improve the calculation method of total phosphorus content in the feed by GB/T 6437 -2002 spectrophotometry. By derivation test,a linear regression equation between phosphorus content and its absorbance was established by using regression analysis method to take place of working curve. Thus the determination results of total phosphorus could be calculated. The results showed that this method was simple, fast,with small error and high accuracy.
