摘要 目的:构建仿真心血管系统平台,在对用户进行心脏病学知识普及的同时,针对脉搏波检测软件不够直观的问题,构建与脉搏波实时匹配的心动周期模型进行展示,以此丰富脉搏波检测的展示信息,给用户更为主观的体验。方法:基于Flash软件开发平台,以三维模型作为媒介,实现建立心动周期模型。同时对常见心脏病例进行模拟展示,用户通过鼠标点击操作,选择相关问题,观看相应动画,实现人机操作,为医学研究和临床诊断提供参考。结果:平台集知识教学、练习提高、动画实时互动检测等功能于一体,让用户通过点击鼠标观看动画及相关资料,达到普及知识教育效果;同时使用者可通过外部采集脉搏波或心率与平台通讯,对实时心动周期进行模拟达到科研仿真效果。结论:仿真心血管系统展示平台是目前市场上不多见的,基于虚拟现实技术的软件。该软件在训练、教学等方面具有一定应用价值。 [Abstract] Objective: Nowadays, the pulse waves which the detection software displayed are all pulse wave form, in order to show some intuitionist and overall information to users at the same time, the project construct a model which matched the pulse waves with the cardiac cycle in real time. In addition, it can popularize the knowledge of heart disease: Methods: By using various techniques, project team builds the cardiac cycle model. It based on the Flash software development platform and uses the medium of 3D model. At the same time, it does some simulation about common heart disease cases. The users can choose some question sand watch the corresponding animations by clicking the mouth, and then realize human-machine operation, which can be a reference of medical research and clinical diagnosis. Results: The platform integrates knowledge teaching, simulations, animation real-time interaction detection and so on. It reaches the effect to popularize knowledge. At the same time, users can collect pulse waves or communicate the platform with heart rate, and reach the research simulation effect to simulate the real-time cardiac cycle. Conclusion: The platform is a rare software on the market based on virtual reality technique. It has a certain application value in training, teaching and so on.
